Big Springs Station has been owned by the Wilson family for over 150 years and is located 30 kilometres south-east of Wagga Wagga, NSW. For generations the Wilson family has harnessed the naturally rising spring water from the foothills of the Flakney Ranges as a precious lifeline for the farm.
Disheartened by drought, Pat Wilson (founder/owner) decided to expand the scope of the farm. He worked tirelessly to create a world-class bottling facility and in 1994 he brought the pristine natural spring water from Big Springs to market.
From 1994 to 2004, Big Springs Natural Spring Water was bottled onsite at Big Springs Station. Demand quickly grew, and in 2004 a purpose-built factory and administration facility was built in Wagga Wagga.
Big Springs Water now employs over 20 staff, including Pat Wilson’s son Angus. The close-knit, local team deliver premium natural spring water to over 6,000 clients throughout southern NSW, mid-western NSW, the ACT and north-east Victoria. The Big Springs team strive to bring you the best quality products possible with exceptional service.

Our world-class quality water is 100% pure with no preservatives or additives and is naturally filtered through gravel and sand. Containing naturally occurring fluoride, Big Springs Natural Spring Water fluoride levels are 1 part fluoride per 1 million parts water (1.0 ppm). This level of fluoride has been attributed to significant dental health benefits.
To ensure you get the highest quality natural spring water we have undergone all relevant accreditation, inspection and testing procedures and are in the top 5% of internationally recognised bottling plants for spring water source, processes, controls, plant and all operational procedures.Big Springs Water accreditation includes:
• Annual accreditation of independent HACCP
• Annual certification of Plant Operators.
Big Springs Natural Spring Water undergoes stringent laboratory testing including:
• Daily in-house testing and monitoring
• Weekly external laboratory testing and monitoring
• Monthly, annually and four yearly external NATA registered laboratory testing and monitoring

• This bore water is then processed into ‘natural spring water’.
